Dollars for Denim

If you are a student, school or community organizer

1. Make sure to notify your school administration that you will be participating in Dollars for Denim. You will be asking your school to wear jeans or denim clothing and make a donation of $5, $10 or $20 for 2020 as a statement against sexual violence.
   

2. Send your student and/or faculty group(s) an invitation via email or direct message, asking them to participate in Dollars for Denim (you can find a sample language in the Guide). Create an image, flyer or video with the logos in the guide and share it where people can view it.
   

3. Collect the donations online (see the “Host Dollars for Denim online” for more information) or send a check(s) to Peace Over Violence or your local rape crisis center.
