2nd Annual Denim Day Virtual Survivor Rally

It’s been a year since COVID-19 transformed our lives in nearly every way, everywhere, as entire cities and countries issued shelter-in-place orders restricting our social interactions to contain the spread of the virus. When doors closed and isolation began, reports of violence against women, femmes, girls, and those who exist outside of the binary, particularly intimate partner violence, began to rise. As we mark the 22nd annual Denim Day campaign on April 28, 2021, we are once again calling for a bicoastal survivor rally. Join us on Wednesday, April 28th at 2pm PT/5pm ET for our 2nd Annual Virtual Survivor Rally. Stand in solidarity with survivors and one another to shine a light on the need for funding, essential services, prevention and research to transform our responses and interventions to sexual violence by listening to testimonies from survivors.
